Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in their original packaging. Contact customer service with your order reference to arrange a return before sending an item back.

If an item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us with your order reference and details so we can resolve the issue.

Shipping

Shipping details will be available when the collection opens.

Shipping charges are calculated for your delivery address, package weight, and selected carrier service before payment. Delivery estimates are estimates, not guarantees. This store currently supports US delivery.

Privacy

We use your contact, delivery, order, and payment status information to process purchases, arrange delivery, handle returns, and provide customer service. Stripe processes payment details securely. We do not receive or store your full card number.

Our hosting provider Netlify stores the product catalog and order records. Delivery address and package information are sent to EasyPost to calculate carrier shipping rates. When order email notifications are configured, Resend processes those messages.

Your shopping bag is saved in this browser. Admin sign-in uses an essential, secure session cookie. We do not add advertising trackers. Contact customer service for privacy requests; some transaction records may need to be retained for accounting or legal requirements.

Terms of sale

Prices are displayed in US dollars. Applicable tax and shipping charges are shown before payment. Availability is confirmed at checkout. Your order is ready for processing after payment succeeds. Contact customer service about cancellations, returns, damaged items, or order questions. These policies do not limit rights required by applicable law.
